Interior Design Programs Nyc
Which college should i transfer 2 for photography & writing w/ 2.8 but mostly As in photography and writing?
I’m getting frustrated, would like to go to a reputable art school but w/o the crazy tuition. going to apply for scholarships but still anxiety ensues when the pressure is on find a school in NY.
I could go to other schools that specialize in a photojournalism program but they are out of reach from NYC where I really would like to stay.
I’ve considered:
Pratt Institute: but the tuition cost is astronomical and heard its in a really bad part of town with a decrepit campus.
SVA: so expensive and no solid journalism programs
CUNY schools: lack in strong art programs and i plus the fact I couldnt pass the compass test for math, thats why my gpa is low from my other school MATH. lol
FIT: only offers fashion photography
Parsons: offers only interior design type photography and very expensive.
what can i do??? its getting down to the wire. i really would like to attend school this fall. and def would not like to wait till spring.

I think you are a little late for the Fall Semester, but try a state school like Ohio University, Missouri, Western Kentucky, San Jose State University. These schools have great photography programs and won’t cost you an arm and a leg.
