DS Lite broken hinge.?
Now what? It's an old DS lite. When the black and pink is first introduced at his 2006 model. Played both inside the material changed color. It took 5 years but finally broke the hinge off the power indicator light due to design flaw Nintendo did not want to admit, but anyway and used to offer free repairs. Since the time is still fixed for free or if I have to pay $ 80 to fix it? Or just live with it until all next fall? Because for $ 80 I can just get another one.
call them and ask if they still fix it free. My brother did the same with it and it cost $ 75 to fix it. But his was a model 2008 or 2009 I believe and I think its broken by neglect by design. Not sure if you want to upgrade, but the new DSi is approximately $ 149 and used about $ 119. And probably have not really in this, but 3DS is $ 249 if you want even better … I personally would not have one yet tho: P
