Online College money dispute?
Long ago I signed up for an online university (even university courses only) design interior. The total price of the $ 500 I paid every month for the supply of materials and, after a few months I've changed my mind and call these guys to say that I am no longer there. But they put me in collection agency for an amount of $ 500. Can they do this legally?
