What are these curtains called and how to sew them?

I found these gorgeous curtains, and I really wish to sew something similar for my apartment. The thing is that I don’t know how to achieve that special draping, and I could not find a tutorial as I don’t know what the curtains are called. I would really appreciate if someone could tell me how to sew such curtains or help me find some kind of tutorial. Thanks in advance!

I’m on a public library computer and the page won’t load for me. However as far as curtain making is concerned there are many, many websites with curtain making tutorials. The reality is that even elaborately draped curtains start out as long rectangular panels and they are simply draped over finials, rods, tie-backs and the like and poofed out and arranged by eye. Most of the time it’s improvised according to taste, you could take any panel and pull parts up and poof others out and arrange the panel drapery the way you want or the way it looks in your picture.
