What type of curtain will look nice with black and white marble flooring?

I’m designing an Art Deco inspired hotel lobby for my interior design class. The floor will be checkered flooring, the the walls will be ivory, but what color should the curtains be? (The color theme- black, white, ivory, gold).

Use Black or gold for the drapes. I personally would use a rich red.
