Interior Designer Jobs Uk
After I graduate from university, I’m hoping to live in London UK for a few months…jobs/living…what?
Alright, so Im goign to school for interior design and after I graduate I want to live in London for about a year. I went there (to heathrow) and I fell in love with it.
Are they in need of interior designers? Or music teachers? (I will be teaching music at that point)
I know I may find a little bit of a culture shock seeing as I live in Canada at the moment, and the Canadian dollar is only about half of the british pound but yeah.
Any advice on living/jobs etc?
As already mentioned, if you want to work here you will have to have a work permit and a skill that is in high demand. Teachers are certainly in demand, but I’m not sure of your lack of experience. It’s highly doubtful that an Interior Designer would be a career that is on the highly skilled list.
This site gives all the rules and regulations…

However, as a Canadian, depending on your families roots, you may be able to apply for either an ancestry visa…

or you could try for the Youth Mobility Scheme…
