and polyvore.com is a good website for practicing interior design. i want to be an interior designer/astronomer and i get on there all the time =P

Interior Design Modern Bathrooms
What title should i give to my interior design board?

Basically, my theme is country and I am using stars. I need a title on my board since I am doing this for a class and if I don’t do well on it I won’t get the credit to pass it. I am designing a bathroom and I have everything picked out except the name. I guess I could call it ‘Master Bathroom’, but my teacher likes titles to them. Someone called theirs ‘Modern Romance’, but I don’t want to be that FAR out. Could you help or at least give suggestions? I have to present in a week!

How about “rustic étoile”? It means star in french.

Interior Design Home Study Online
distance learning…..??

am a young mother and still home nursing my 18 months baby.i wish to study interior design through distance education some peple call it distance learning or home studies,but (NOT ONLINE STUDIES)can some one pliz tell me some of the institutes that offer this programm.
and wat do u think about the interior design?does it have high market when i finish to higher levels?how easy is it to get a job with it?some of my friends say job apotunities are very very low and they say that i will need to set up my own busines to be able to succed with such a carier.is it true?
pliz advice me on this.any sugestions will be apreciated

Personally I don’t know about the interior design bit but I’d say go with what you love. I watched a show a few weeks back about a lady who makes her living sorting out peoples closets. So it just depends.

Here in the UK there are a lot of programmes on TV about getting into the property market, so someone could offer interior design services for those looking to sell after completion. So I just think it depends on the angle you’re looking to pursue. You might have to create your own market by proving to people that they do need your service.

I’m doing a home course as well on Web design, who knows where that will take me. It beats trying to learn a profession I have no interest in just for the money. That’s how you end up with people who hate their work.
