What’s the best DS game for a teenage girl?

I just got a DS today – so excited! What games would you recommend? I like multiplayer features to play with my sister. The only games I have are Polarium and Brain Age. I’m probably going to get Imagine Interior Designer. I was also thinking about MillionHeir. My sister has a lot of good games already, but I still want some that are my own. Thanks!

Millionheir was good, I owned it and play it. But better consider another games because DS have waaaysss better game than just casual PC games that transfered to NDS.

Let’s see… I highly recommend:
1. Cooking Mama. Cooking never been fun with this game
2. Animal crossing. Perfect games for multiplayer
3. Mario Kart DS. A really great multiplayer games too. oh, you just need one DS game to play with up to 8 people

For better review, take a look the source I give to you :)

The Future Is So Bright… I Have To Wear Sun Glasses….?

I’m interested in going to school for interior design within the next couple years and I was wondering if anyone knows of a website I can research the income, demand and working conditions for this specific career by region? Specifically, Michigan?

I was also interested in finding out if The Art Institute Online is really considered one of the great schools for careers in the arts? You know.. does the name look very good on an application?

Thank You, Nichole

I think any school that has the name “online” in the title doesn’t look good. maybe someday, but not now. Also, interior design is kind of a hands-on skill to learn. You can’t just read the books like for a degree in history or English. I think you need a real brick and mortar college to get any respect in your field…

Interior design question – painting my attic bedroom?

my bedroom is in the attic, is measures 20′ x 12′. Its rather spacious, but what makes it difficult is the fact that is has a sloped ceiling on one side, and the a single window at each end. The sloped ceiling can make it feel smaller, and the lack of windows doesn’t allow much light. I very much need to paint (its white right now) and want to do a contrasting wall in a deep red color. The contrasting wall would be the wall opposite the slanted ceiling (the one where my head board would be). The rest of the walls, to keep things bright, I was thinking of doing in a bright orange-gold color. Now here is where things get complicated. To visually lift the sloped ceiling, I am thinking of painting the two foot high straight wall below it with verticle stripes alternating the same orangy-gold with a one that is one shade lighter. My question is, should I continue the lighter or the darker of the golds throughout the rest of the room, should the ceiling be the darker or the lighter?

If you don’t have much light in the attic , it all depends on the mood that you are trying to create , personally I really think that you should go one colour all the way this will wrap the room , you could paint the whole room in the light orange / gold and add red pillows or bedding , get some black and white pictures and frame them in red , if privacy is not an issue because of the height you could either have a white sheer panel or make a valance of the contrasting colours, red and yellow , and a black lamp to give it punch!

School Buisiness Project?

Creativity Block…

Okay. So in school, we have to design a business. I’m thinking interior design. But what are some catchy names for an interior design service? I was thinking Design on a Dime, but oops; that’s a show. Any creative, innovative ideas? Thanks much!

decorating?

is there a free site where you can show pictures of your rooms and have a decorator decorate it. also i need big bold colorful artwork don’t have the money for it i have paint though but i don’t know how to paint got any sugessions also i saw on tv once where they used big grommets and used industrial sized grommet pliers where can i find those i would like to make curtains wiith giant grommets i’ve looked all over i just need decorating help can someone hold my hand step by step interior designs

The best thing for you to do is to go to the library an check out some design books, Look at magazines also. Magazines will offer product resources in the back. If you have bold paint, use that on your walls. This is where you will make your biggest visual impact.Use neutral furnishings to showcase your use of colors in pillows flowers.accessories etc. Don’t rush into it. Let your style develop. Start with things things that you own now and love. Let your style develop around these things.
