What is the best tablet pc out there?

I am an interior design major and am looking to upgrade from a laptop to a tablet pc. I keep seeing good reviews for the Hp tablet, but a friend of mine has a fujitsu. She said that the hp tablet pen is sloppy and behind, you know, kind of like the signature pads for credit/card machines. I really need a good tablet pc that i can use to draw as well as organize. What are some really good ones and how does the fujitsu compare?

Choosing a tablet pc is highly personal since it will not only depend on your budget and what software you intend to run, but also its weight, how it feels in your hand, how hot it gets after prolonged use, how long the battery lasts, internet connectivity options, the screen resolution, whether it has a passive or active digitizer (or both!), win xp tablet pc edition or windows vista – these are all questions you should be asking.

You will find a lot of helpful reviews here

Depending on your budget, have a look at the Dell Latitude XT, Toshiba M700, Fujitsu Lifebook T4220; even better, you might consider joining a tablet pc forum and getting relevant information from someone in your field who is using the same software as you;

good luck; by the way I have two Fujitsu tablet pcs (Lifebook T4010D and Lifebook P1610) and have had no problems with either – excellent build quality and good software.

Senior Project?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! ?

the semester is almost over thank god….but then next semester i have senior project to do…..we have to chose a topic/career and write a 7 page paper on that topic and get a mentor and spend time wit them workin and come up wit a product and presentation…….i have no clue what to do mine on…most guys do wood work or fixin cars and one of my guy friends are doin criminal justice rite now….and the girls do like cosmetology or nursin or interior design or early childhood education…..i wanna do somethin different and that will get their attention but that wont be TOO hard….it IS my senior year/havin fun year…………..any ideas?…..did any of you have to do this?
thanks yall…this is helpin inspire me

Hey! I am a senior also..haha we dont have senior projects, we just have like a research paper we have to do over a topic of our choice (they just got rid of senior projects this year). BUT try something fun…my sister did yoga. I was gonna do salsa dancing, because its fun and very original. I know those others seem like so boring because those are mainly what the previous seniors here did. More fun choices could be teaching younger kids a sport, singing, play an instrument, train an animal, pottery, etc. Just whatever sparks your interest and is new! Let us know what you pick =]

Hehe im doin my research paper over Adam Brody…i ♥ him lol.

EDIT: just had another idea, lol. Photography would be fun, and as a result you could create like a big collage of your senior year with your friends and everything. Fun and you will have something memorable to keep!

Interior Design Yearly Salary
Profession salaries in France?

How much do these jobs make yearly in France. (estimate of course)
Esthetician (spa facialist)
Massage therapist
Hair stylist
Make-up artist
Interior Design
Chiropractor

Thank you.

Most jobs as you have listed make very little in actual salary. The beauty industry is not high paying so you can expect about 1500€ per month gross pay. The massage therapist may get more especially if you freelance and build a good list of clients. Tips may help too. As for a chiropractor, there is “no such thing” in France as Chiropractic is not a recognized medical treatment. There are some here though but they are not rolling in the dough because the clients they have pay out of their own pocket for treatment since it is not reimbursed. Of course, you (as a bona fide employee) have 5 weeks paid vacation plus some paid holidays that make it almost 7 weeks paid for not working. That makes the monthly salary “seem” better.

Is it too late to become a Doctor?

Hi
I’m 18 and have already applied to university to study Interior Design. My grades weren’t adequate enough for me to do sciences at sixth form so i chose the thing I’m good at which is art, but I’ve always wanted to be a surgeon and am so passionate about it. I’ve just always thought I’m too stupid to do it. I’m willing to work hard because it’ll pay off in the end and I’ll end up doing what i love. Is it too late to reapply to college or sixth form study sciences and then apply to uni for a medical degree??

your answers are much appreciated.
Thank you

P.S. I’m live in London

I say no, because I knew a guy who at my age (34) started med school. He became a doctor 4 years later, and he’s now 40, and been a doctor for a couple years. It’s NEVER too late to do something you REALLY want to do. Just keep that spark alive, and work hard. That hard work will pay off, and your dream will come true. Keep the faith, and you can do ANYTHING!
